• We accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of shipment.
  • Once you request for return, we will send you an email with return instruction (EV Diamond Return Merchandise Authorisation) within 3 working days.
  • Please note, eligible merchandise for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documents, and it ships back to us within 7working days.
  • Exchanging for a different product, we would like to ask you returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for mechanised you want to exchange. Please allow EV Diamond 15 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by EV Diamond. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within Three days of receipt of your order. EV Diamond has no responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments
  • If a package or item delivered to you damaged on arrival, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 0413078293.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Engraved jewellery items other than rings may not be returned. All EV Diamond engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Removal of EV engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free of charge with no additional engraving fee.
  • Diamonds purchased as part of our EV Diamond Upgrade Program may not be returned for credit, but can be exchanged within 15 days.
  • Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without an EV Diamond Return Merchandise Authorisation will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
  • Customised mechanise and orders are NOT eligible for return.
